If there is one thing that I invest in every year, it is a staple jacket to add into my wardrobe. In Minnesota, especially, our fall doesn’t last long and before we know it, we need a jacket over our favorite tops everyday. My favorite jacket style this season is by far moto jackets, which have a casual yet chic style to them that makes them easy to wear out and about or for a night out.

Anyway, getting back to business, I wanted to share with you guys a few moto jacket styles that I am absolutely loving this season and think are definitely worth adding in to your wardrobe for fall & winter. Styling Advice
Interested in a moto jacket but don’t think you can pull it off? You’re wrong – because you totally can! Moto jackets are by far one of the most versatile styles that I think just about everyone can rock. Even if you don’t consider yourself to be “edgy” moto jackets come in a variety of patterns, fabrics and prints to make it possible to find your perfect jacket.
For a casual style pair your moto jacket with a pair of boyfriend jeans, light-medium wash jeans or if you’re not into jeans, a cute pair of leggings will do as well. For up top, style the jeans (or leggings) and the moto jacket with a cute graphic tee (for those that are a bit edgy), a stripe tee (for those looking for a classic style) or just a solid loose everyday tee for a timeless look. Add in some accessories to complete the look such as mules, flats or ankle booties for shoes and a simple bar necklace for jewelry for a stylish, casual outfit.
For those wanting to dress up their moto jacket for a night out, style your jacket with a pair of dark wash jeans, leather pants (unless your moto jacket is leather – then stick to jeans) or a nice dress. For tops, consider pairing the jacket with a bodysuit, lace camisole, animal print top (currently on-trend) or a crop top with high-waisted bottoms. For shoes and accessories, break out your favorite heels, thigh-high boots, chic leather booties and mix in a pair of statement earrings or a statement necklace for that final touch. Another option to add in some flair, is to style the look with a fun tote, such as this leopard print clutch that makes for the perfect piece to use casually or on a night out.
