As we’re nearing the end of 2017 I’m sure we’ve all got one thing in common on our minds and that is either the dread or excitement of coming up with a New Years Resolution. Whether you take part in the deed or not, it’s never too late to start making new habits, especially when it comes to your health.
This past semester I’ve been working out with Elite Fitness and setting little goals to work towards a healthier and happier lifestyle, and with our HUGE giveaway coming up, you can too! Seriously guys… we’re giving away an awesome set valued at $347! You won’t want to miss it (*hint hint* – – giveaway opens Jan. 1!)
If you’re thinking about getting back into the routine the routine of working out, but aren’t quite sure how you want to go about it, chances are, Elite has just the workouts) you need to get back on track. With everything from personal training, couples/doubles workouts (Strength x2) and strength team to bikini training, yoga and virtual coaching, there really is an option for everyone and every need.
As you guys probably know by now, I’ve been working with Elite this past semester doing personal training sessions once a week and sharing my experience along with some of my workouts here on the blog. If you haven’t already, check back on my previous posts for some killer workouts, nutrition tips and to hear all about my experience with 1-on-1 personal training with Michelle and Jason at Elite Fitness.
But maybe 1-on-1 training isn’t exactly what you’re looking for, or maybe you’ve got a friend who’s seeking a new fitness routine too. If so, Strength x2 might be for you! Grab a partner and get your sweat on in a doubles workout led by Michelle and/or Jason. As the saying goes, two is better than one!
While I’ve primarily experienced the 1-on-1 training with Elite, the numbers for their Saturday Strength team are growing as more and more people seem to be hopping in on the group workout. It sure seems to be a hit! Check out their insta stories on Saturday morning to get an inside look into what’s going on in class and perhaps grab a friend and get signed up for a class to try it out for yourself.
Not near Minnetonka or don’t have the time to make it during business hours? No problem.
