Gearing up for spring break brought about a blast of motivation to get “beach ready” for those warm get-aways, but with summer right around the corner, don’t turn your back on those healthy habits, instead, kick back into gear and freshen up your routine… and your water!
This spring, I am all about these fresh fruity waters as it’s an easy way to sneak in more water throughout the day with sweet natural flavors. Plus, having all this fresh fruit on hand makes for smart snacking. Tasteful water + tangy fruits? I’ll take both please!
This water here, is one of my favorites. Infused with strawberry, lemon, lime, grapefruit and mint, this mix puts a sweet n’ tangy twist on hydration.
While there are endless options for crafting your own fruit infused water, I like to opt for those that include mint as it’s an aid in cleansing your body of those no-good toxins and its fresh taste adds just the right amount of flavor to have you craving these waters all day long.
There really is no strict recipe to following when choosing fruits for your water. Don’t go out of your comfort zone and waste your money on expensive fruits you wouldn’t normally like!
